Clearly this Adam guy had overbearing parents and so as a big f-you to them he decided it would be awesome to marry some woman his parents hate so he could get the hell out of the basement and get back to poker games with his buds. Except whoops his plan sure did backfire when he realized he would actually have to spend time with her after they were married. I am so bringing up this article every time married friends try to push me to get married myself.

The part that confuses me is that she says she threw out the Wonder Bread and Ritz crackers after they got married. How did the ‘I hate processed foods and refuse to have them in my house’ conversation never come up when they were dating? I have to agree with everyone who thinks that this lady is sensationalizing relationships in order to get readership from lonely women who have problems with men. Articles like this assure them that treating men like ass is completely acceptable. A little mutual respect goes a long way.

If this crazy dame can’t live with Wonder Bread in the house, I doubt she’ll have a chest freezer with the meat of an inorganically grown (after all he was raised on junk food) man in her house. So I would go with your first thought that he doesn’t exist.

It’s just so sad that someone can be so truly oblivious to their own anti-happiness and think that this is normal and just part of life. What were her parents like that she feels its okay to live this way?

Part of me wonders if Adam even exists. Is he just made up and this lady has such a warped conception of reality that this is what she thinks relationships are like and therefore when she has these conversations with herself, this is what is said.

Or maybe Adam died long ago and is in 15 gallon sized ziplocks in the chest freezer in their basement.

It makes sense that this self indulging bitch wouldn’t let her husband write his own article, she obviously has no respect for him in their relationship, so why would she think that he could possibly write an article as well as she does.

I also hate when people think that they are better than me because they are vegetarian, shop at Whole Foods or will only order coffee with soy because they think they sound cooler ordering it that way. If you enjoy that stuff yippie fucking doo to you, keep it to yourself, I could care less if you don’t eat animals I do and they taste great!
