I've been really lucky in life, seeing several games in many sports, some of which could have a major fan kill me for. But...after a ton of thought, my favorite game was the first Rockies' home game ever. I was in 5th grade, and got called down to the office at school. I was terrified I was in trouble or someone had died, because my parents were signing me and my brother out, and wouldn't say anything else. We got to the car, and on our seats were Rockies' shirts and hats with gloves. We had killer seats (since it was my first pro baseball game, I had nothing to judge by) from my dad's company. It was a great time, with the 4 of us just having a day at the park. We managed to do this until I was in high school, when the douche in me decided I was too cool to miss a day of class.

I agree with flickerbock and gutter about the goal line stand for the Rams V. U of Utah. One of the best games I ever saw where my team lost was in 2001 Rams V. Fresno state. This was the first time I saw a college football overtime game. The entire game was close plus we had this new Sunshine of a quarterback starting his 2nd game. The whole game was back and forth. Even though we lost still a damn fine game.
